Shipping policy

Orders are dispatched from Milan within 2 working days. Pre-order pieces are made for you and dispatched within 20 to 25 days of your order. All shipments are tracked, insured for their full value, and require a signature on delivery.

Italy: complimentary shipping, delivery in 2-4 working days.
European Union: €14.99, complimentary on orders over €200, delivery in 3-5 working days.
United Kingdom and Switzerland: €29.99 with DHL Express, complimentary on orders over €500, delivery in 4-7 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from dispatch, not from the time of order.

Customs and import charges

Orders within the European Union are not subject to customs charges. Orders to the United Kingdom and Switzerland are shipped on a Delivered At Place basis: import VAT, customs duties and clearance fees are charged by the courier on delivery, are set by the customs authorities of the destination country, and are not included in your order total.

If a parcel is refused at delivery, any return transport and customs costs incurred are deducted from the refund.
